How long does it take to receive my order?

Our team works efficiently to process orders. On average, you can expect an email preview of your personalized Pawpstars poster to arrive within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping times will depend on your region and will be given when shipping details are given.

Where is my email preview?

Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for your email preview as sometimes our emails can get filtered away from your main inbox!

What if I want to change something on the email preview?

That's completely fine! We're dedicated to creating the poster that you are in love with, that's why we offer unlimited free revisions!
You have a 48 hour window per each preview email, to reply with any alterations. If no reply is received within 48 hours the poster is automatically sent to print.
After this, we can't accept any refunds.
